The Next Ridgeline.
When the time comes for a Naval Special Warfare warrior to separate or retire from active-duty service, NSF believes they should have the opportunity to physically, mentally and intellectually recalibrate before embarking on their next mission in the civilian world–whatever that mission may be.
The Navy SEAL Foundation is committed to maintaining a resilient, sustainable, and healthy force into perpetuity. At the same time, their commitment extends to those who have served our country with honor and distinction by helping them transition from active duty service into civilian life and ensuring NSW veterans are prepared to maximize career opportunities. To carry forward this commitment, NSF partners with world-class institutions which provide elite transition programs tailored specifically for the NSW community.
The NSF is honored to provide their multifaceted Transition Program to members of the NSW community who are within 18-months of separation. They also support SEAL and SWCC veterans who have already separated from active-duty service on a case-by-case basis.
The NSF’s Transition Program takes the ‘whole warrior’ approach to this very important time in any service member’s career. NSF individually tailors their support to meet the needs in three main areas: human performance, the family unit, and professional development for post-service career opportunities.
Through this partnership, NSF empowers NSW personnel to develop skills needed in order to access their full potential in the civilian workplace.
